Step 1: Introduction to Hawkestone CrossFit

We start all prospective Members with a complimentary session. This is a one-on-one session that gives you a chance to see our facility, learn about our methodology and philosophy, and experience a true CrossFit workout.

Step 2: On Ramp Program

To get started with Hawkestone CrossFit you are required to complete our On Ramp program. During the 6-session Program, we will make sure you are not only comfortable with many of the standard CrossFit movements, but also make sure you feel welcome to the team. Coached by a Hawkestone CrossFit coach.

Our On Ramp program is a 6 part series: Squatting, Pressing, Pulling, Gymnastics and Mobility. These classes are offered at the following times each week for that entire week but does not replace regularly scheduled classes during these times: Monday: 6:30 pm, Wednesday: 6:30 pm and Friday 6:00 am

The cost is $100 plus Tax.

Step 3: CrossFit Group Classes

Group classes at Hawkestone CrossFit are dedicated to making your training and conditioning toward fitness rewarding and satisfying. We will help you acquire a functional, broad, and elite level of conditioning, giving you the strength and confidence to meet any random or unpredictable situation.

Check out our monthly gym schedule. CrossFit Training sessions, begin with strength work, often feature skill development and usually finish with a CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD).
